This 9-credit microcredential will provide foundational knowledge, 技能, and competencies in the areas of trauma and trauma informed care, theories of communication and crisis management, and the development of 技能 needed for effective management and rehabilitation of clients with mental 健康 disorders. Emphasis is on the combination of knowledge for each area and practical application of that knowledge in real world situations.
